Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior PEGA Lead (CLSA Certified) to lead a team of 10 PEGA developers for a one-year contract role based in Singapore, with a possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end PEGA solution delivery, technical leadership, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of up to 10 PEGA Developers
  • Architect and design enterprise-scale PEGA solutions
  • Ensure adherence to PEGA best practices, guardrails, and coding standards
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and deliver requirements
  • Oversee end-to-end development, testing, and deployment activities
  • Perform technical reviews, performance tuning, and quality assurance
  • Mentor team members and provide technical guidance
  • Manage project risks, timelines, and delivery milestones

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • PEGA CLSA Certification (Mandatory)
  • Extensive experience in PEGA architecture and application development
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Expertise in case management, workflows, and integrations
  • Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP services and databases
  • Strong understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to relocate to Singapore

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with PEGA 8.x or higher versions
  • Prior experience leading onsite or international delivery teams
  • Exposure to performance optimization and DevOps practices
