Job Description

  • A minimum of 3 full lifecycle implementations in SAP CRM are required, with responsibilities for the design of the implementation, requirements gathering, and customizations.
  • Core SAP CRM technical knowledge and experience include knowing the SAP CRM architecture and building custom enhancements using SAP best practices.
  • Experience in SAP CRM Middleware and integration with SAP ECC
  • Experience in front-end development using SAP UI5. Work experience in using and developing OData services in SAP.
  • Experience with SAP CRM 7.0 best practices in areas of CRM Trade & Promotion Management or any SAP CRM module with understanding in Account & Organizational Management, Transaction Types, Item Categories, Action Profiles, Status Management, Products, Middleware Monitoring, and CRM WEB UI Configuration of Business Roles, WorkCentre’s, Navigation Profiles, Technical Profiles, Transaction Launcher, etc.
  • Experience working with all levels of management, bringing solutions to technical and business issues.
  • Experience to operate in a fast-paced production support environment.
