Job Description

We are looking for an experienced D365 Customer Service Functional Consultant to design, configure, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions and deliver effective customer service processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement D365 Customer Service solutions.
  • Configure Omnichannel, Customer Voice, Knowledge Management, and related features.
  • Work with Power Platform, Dataverse, and Power Automate.
  • Configure business rules, workflows, security roles, and access models.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Optimize customer service processes and improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.
  • Support testing, deployment, training, and post-go-live activities.
